Dear Cindy, I may be out of order here but hope I am not. I have a friend who is around 33 and has serious diabetes. Has to have two injections a day. He hasnt looked after himself but is trying to get back on track. I Have your book Changing Habits and have started reading again about the facts on fat and the way human made fats damage the communication to the cells. Would you be able to give me a diet that i could present to him that may help him. Men dont look after themselves like women but if I had a diet to give him it would help. He has trouble with his feet, no feeling at times.

Please head me in the right direction. Thenkyou Wendy
