Aberdeen public school is holding a FREE information night on the harmful effects of food additives on both the health and behaviour of our children and our selves. This will be run by TANYA WINFIELD who was recently seen on a current affair. This event is open to all community members.

The Australian Government has dropped the ball on what they allow to be added to our food products. They are not informing us of the dangers involved in consuming these additives. Tanya will explain what’s bad and why, how to read food labels and give you the right choices that are available in our supermarkets. This does not mean giving up the foods you like.
Parents who have tried this report their children to be happier, calmer, sleep better, less impulsive, wing less, fight with their siblings less, less asthma, eczema, headaches, stomach aches and many more health side effects. If this sounds good to you please come along.

Learn More About Food Additives…With so many convenience foods available these days, avoiding additives can seem impossible. Spending hours in the shopping centre reading labels is no fun, but a necessary evil if you are interested in the best choices for your family.
If you would you like to know more about food additives and how to avoid them, Mullen Natural Health Centre is hosting a talk with guest speaker Tanya Winfield of Additive-Free Pantry.
Tanya Winfield is passionate about educating parents and children about the dangers of food additives.
